Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from apps published by Quantum Media Technologies.
How to Delete Your Account
You have several options to delete your account:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Most of our apps include an in-app account deletion option. Look for it in:
- Settings → Account → Delete Account
This is the fastest method and takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, send a request to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your email address used for the account, app name
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All content and data you created in the app
- Your preferences and settings
- Push notification tokens
- Analytics data linked to your user ID
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for limited periods due to legal or security requirements:
- Purchase records: Transaction data required for tax compliance (typically 5–7 years). This is pseudonymized and not linked to your personal identity.
- Aggregated analytics: Non-identifiable aggregate statistics may be retained for business analysis.
- Legal holds: If data is subject to legal proceedings, it may be preserved until resolved.
- Backup systems: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before automatic purge.

Before You Delete
Please note:
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Cancel via Apple App Store or Google Play first to avoid charges.
- Export your data: If you want a copy of your data before deletion, request it via email before submitting a deletion request.
App-Specific Instructions

- Open the app and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your password or using Face ID/Touch ID
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and data queued for deletion
